Comp ARF Impact

Hi, Jason

I saw you fly the plet powered Impact at SEFF this year, however I never got a chance to ask you about your setup. So if you don't mind...

1) Is the Impact a lighter weight version than normal?
2) Was it painted by Comp ARF or was the paint custom? It looks similar to the paradise scheme, but not exactly and I haven't seen that color combination.
3) What equip is in it? Motor, batteries, RX pack regulator/BEC, etc.

Thanks

The color scheme worked well, didn't it? I'd love a model like this, some day..

Yes, it did. One of the best color schemes that I've seen. It showed up really well at different attitudes.

Impact

Hello Bill,

The Impact is not lightened. It is completely stock. The scheme is owned by Comp ARF. I just chose the colors of Orange,Blue, White and silver.

The motor is a Plet 25/13. The receiver is a G3 Futaba 14 channel system. The speed control is a Castle Creations 110HV.

I did not run a BEC.

The AUW was 10.75 lbs.w/ batteries.
