Yes, the Waterslider.
It is quite a handful to run.
Very fast.
It can power stright up out of the water with no F/W speed as it has over a 1/1 thrust ratio.
The accelleration is scary.
You need nimble fingers for sure.
So it leaves me out!
I love the one photo of the sub running at North Lake on the Groton sub base.
It is just leaving the water. Dave.

Thanks for the great photos.

Just like submarine launched missile..

The external linkages are similar to those on
German WWII Delfin sub.

Can you show the inside too? Thanks again.

Type VII C/41

Not the best video of it, but look at my U995 (OTW 1:32) on a nearby lake fighting the fish. The last torpedo was aiming a frog....

Spanish SSK Model Submarine Kit "Imperator" S-100

Nice to contact you again, my submarine model friends!

Here is a couple of photos of my new sub design "Imperator" based on the previous German sub type XVIIC "Hermelin" kit.

Actually I´m working on the X-tail rudders and a new pitch controller device based on an Arduino board and a 3 axis accelerometer integrated to control the underwater running of this modern submarine based on the french-Spanish Scorpene design for the new A.I.P. attack submarine classes. I´m working too to integrate some more functions on the Arduino´s board for a best submarine performance.

I include a photo of the Hermelin midget submarine too on the pond side.

And here is a video of the Imperator on surface running on my water basin test trial:

Imperator surface running (0 min 25 sec)

Cheers from Spain!
