Open flying starts at 8:00 AM, $10.00 registration fee, AMA required.
Pilot Choice award, LMR glider event 30 sec(open) and 45sec (speed 400)

Devil Mountain Electric Fun Fly in Pittburg, CA
Field provided by Diablo Valley adio Controllers(DVRC)
A totally informal event intended to promote electric R/C flying. All types of R/C electric aircraft are welcome.
Pilots meeting at 9:00 am, Entry Fee: $10.00 (includes raffle ticket)
AMA membership card required for Pilots
Directions: From Hwy 4 in Pittsburg (1) Take the Bailey Rd exit South and Go approx. 2 blocks to traffic light @ W. Leland. (2) Turn Left on West Leland, go 1.2 miles. (3) Turn right on John Henry Johnson. (4) Follow John Henry Johnson 1.1 miles to the end, bearing to the right all the way (at 0.3 miles you will go through a gate onto a gravel road)

The weather turned out fantastic...lots o' sun and fun with various aircraft from micro-helis to Ion-X's, parkfliers to 20% electrics being flown.
I'd like to thank the organizers and club members at both fields for the time well spent in organizing the DUO events over the past several years. I always have a great time attending and meeting with everyone and am already looking forward to next year!
