the new 77 includes acetone which is corrosive on certin types of foam, like EPS.

I've found that for tacking stuff to EPS, like glass before adding resin, a light mist of the new stuff works fine. I wouldn't recommend sheeting an EPS wing with the new stuff, since you need a heavier coat of the stuff. Have you had good results sheeting EPS with new-style 3M77?

I haven't tried it, so I can't say from eprsonal experience, but there was a thread in composited fabrication on it, and it seems to work fine.

Some of those who posted prefer 3m 45, though. I like 90 for most stuff...its reasonably stronger, but comes out a bit thicker.
