I have contacted this box seller and designer and expressed him my good and bad feelings

He is a nice person who is out of time so much work he has, but he is open to an instructions manual improvement some how.

I am impressed by this Michael who have created his company and i believe he needs our 100% support

I have indicated him your thread

starting the base part of the box, much easier with the experience got from the lid build up.

Lot of masking tape to temporarily hold all parts in place, a strong plywood assembly table plywood re informed by square wood, lot of weights and metal cubes for alignement.

Wonderful. Jean Luc. Good to have all these accessories. Look very fine !

the base have been assembled, CA tacked and now is white glue drying.

The lid have been wood filled on the multi jonction parts, sanding tomorrow morning.

All parts fit perfectly, the kit is well cut.

Tools are part of my wood work hobby, love them as i love my models.

the box is completed !! I am very happy of the result, came out straight , closing very well , no issue on final step. Remains fixing some metal corners that i will look for.
your help was useful Popad ... and helped me to practice CA glue for tacking. Under control now.

I cover with laminating roll film, type bopp matee, thickness 28 microns, roll width 305 mm.

I have mounted metal box corner protectors - last step, optional.

Metal box corner protector 28x28x28 mm, holes for M3.

My box , with some tools, piese of change (cone), support for station's pole wind indicator.

For the pole i have to work on this after the maiden, not yet clear for me.

Unfortunately there were no more transparent covering when i ordered mine, it's much nicer.
