I've got two sets of wings now. One set of fixed wings, and a new set of rotary wings...those are just starting to sprout though.

Excellent review, Boyd!! That's what I like to see - an accurate well rounded review that gives the reader the full details on the product with info that's needed by a possible consumer. The thing I liked also was that you show the potential customers/readers how to make a good thing even better!! Love my Blade CP and will be converting to Brushless Seperates shortly. Hope to see you do more reviews in the future, Boyd!! Keep up the good work.

nice review. Congrats. Had to rate it a 5
Have been playing with the idea of buying a micro heli. After reading the review, I think this might be the one to get for a heli newbie . Now if I could only find a place where they have them in stock. Maybe try the LHS.

Oh, is the enhancement kit necessary in order to use 3S lipo's ?

Going to 3s LiPo's should be accompanied by a change of pinion from the stock 10t to an 8 or 9t on the main motor and the installation of heat sinks on both motors. This can be done without buying the aerobatic enhancement package, but this pack is really a good deal and I feel you will like the way the Blade flys with the symmetrical blades as well.

after my problem goining to 8 tooth pinion,i would have to say, stick with 9 tooth, mine flew good for 2 weeks on 8 tooth, but developed a wobble, noticed it after i put CF blades on it,then i saw, after putting it back to sym blades,it still had a small wobble, guess the headspeed was a little to low....thats what i was told,i just dont know why,it took 2 weeks for it to show up,when i put sym blades back on... after tryin cf blades
