That's a monster setup!
Try racing drones ESC, you will be blown away from their performance (4.5 grams for a 1500 Watt ESC)

I'm using the Holybro TEKKO32 65amp ESC, the amount of power that this tiny thing can handle is mind blowing! as a bonus, all blheli_32 based ESC's have tons of settings that you can play with, even though we don't need some of them + for some people having these option is to complicated as they are looking for a more "plug and play" solution
