So what is really going to happen is social media companies will challenge it all the way up to SCOTUS where they'll have to decide whether they're platforms or publishers. If they're platforms, they can't censor content. If they're publishers, it stripped them of their section 230 protections.

Don't blame it all on Biden... all of the presidents in recent years have been doing EO's. The reason is because congress is all but impotent to pass needed legislation due to partisanship and the filibuster.
