Pay attention to the temperature of the iron. One temperature for adhesive activation, another for foil stretching. When gluing the foil on the perfectly flat side, bend the movable part to the desired maximum, as well as when you stretch the foil. You can see in my pictures how I did these things. Thank you for your attention.

@propad - i'm new to covering (and balsa building!) and just want to say your detailed covering sequence here is the best tutorial on covering i have seen... by far.

smells good ... You are very close to maiden flights ...

one thing i did not figure out yet is the flaps controls wiring, 2 single wires or a Y wire

For flaps/breaks I use 2 single wires. Two channels mix in OpenTX. I have Jumper T12 Plus.

Program is ok ready for first Introduction F5J. See https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...9&postcount=91

I will present the settings for OpenTx soon.
