The scheme of altitude sensor is not needed now. I found an arduino sketch to simulate all 28 possible FlySky sensors. In the absence of physical sensors.

Ok, noob's question. If I flashed ER9X firmware to FSi6/X does this mean that FS's internal TX module inactive/disabled? So I have to add a multimodule in order to bind RXs?

The internal TX module works perfectly with the AFHDS2A protocol.
AFHDS is not supported yet, but it probably will.

Noted.
Got to re-assembled my i6 and try out the firmware..

Added question :
If I want to hook it up with multimodule.. where should I place the cable (using serial to choose protocols)?

There is no multimodule support via Serial and will never be. If only PPM.
Perhaps Mariano implements this for FS-I6X OpenTX.

Heh, when I first saw the +1000 bytes , I wondered if the cat picked up the bytes from sleeping on the electronics! but now I see the pic and am impressed at how much memory you recovered from the original screen. Must be a fascinating quest to find ways and placed to reclaim memory! Well beyond me, but I appreciate it.

The cat stole the bytes
Good news, 800 more bytes have been mined without losing functionality.(Except the splash screen -1000 bytes).

You are the MAN!

My J-link finally arrived (week and a half from GA to MI . . . Because--- covid??) Now I will have to get serious learning how to use it correctly so I don't screw up the flashing. I have the link to the process for our radios, are there any general write ups or vids on the j-link use y'all can recommend?
