Question

Sailplane flying in Charlotte area?

Does anyone know where in the general Charlotte/Concord area that you can fly non-powered sailplanes during the week?

Just interested as I may be visiting family in the area in the next couple of weeks. Wanted to bring my GP Spirit and Gentle Lady for a visit and show nephews. Can be within 30 mile radius. Have my AMA card

Thanks ahead of time.

www.rcwingers.com is my clubs website. we are about 20 minutes from concord and your welcome to fly as club policy says any vistor can come out for two times but if u come out 3-4 no one will say anything as long as u got ur AMA card. feel free to use the field.
not sure what kind of field you are looking for but miught need Highstart or what but your welcome to try.
