Compufoil question about optimum angle

hehehe, this is a hard one!

I downloaded Compufoil and loaded the SD7037 airfoil.

The program says:

"Zero-lift angle of attack = -3.29 degrees, ideal angle of attack = 0.83 degrees..."

Where does this information come from? I opened up the file which has the coordinates for the 7037 and all it is is numbers for the data points.

So, how are these numbers calculated? Does anyone know?

Go to this link.

Type in your airfoil name, and select "polar"..
For the Reynolds number of interest...
