Thanks for the link. Were any of them electric? The Staggerwing looks like it might be.

Thanks for posting Andy. Those are some very impressive looking planes there. Any info on the outcome for that beautiful JU-88? Looks like an engine went out.

Thanks again,

Alex

Rekitter that plane is a Henschel Hs129 Tankhunter! Greg Smith the staggerwing is Nick Ziroli's latest plane. 88"w.s. G62 I think?

I'm with Rekitter on this one, that's an 88. The 129 had an almost triangular fuselge cross section. The wing planform and tail shape are not that of a 129, either.

Have a look at the 3-views. (JU-88 on left, HS-129 on right).

VonJ and Rekitter are right - that asymmetrical gondola is pure Ju 88.

Great photography - this stuff ought to be in print!

No info - I got the link from a friend in Seattle. I wish I could have gone, it's not too far from here.

No problem re: the mix up. I was pretty sure it was a JU-88, but they look pretty close. Those Germans liked their twin engine light bombers. Thanks again for the link Andy.
