The BOO Micro Slope Glider from Vogel Fly is just too cool not to talk about. I always enjoy brining a plane with me on a vacation, but it can be a big pain to do so. The BOO is tiny and easy to pack up, but it looks like it will be a ton of fun to fly too. It's got an 800mm wingspan and weighs in under 200g.
It's a kit so you'll need to have some building skills and supplies, but it doesn't look difficult at all and they provide you with a jig for setting the V-Tail up. Just add 4 servos, a receiver and battery and you are all set to have some fun on just about any size slope you can find. Check out the video below and let me know what you think of the BOO.

In order to make Americans suffer, I am fairly certain the Germans take great joy in making their web sites German language only.
BOO Sloper There is a mention of EWD and that is Einstellwinkeldifferenz which is decalage. Nice looking little bird (vogel), there are no slopes near me so I do wonder if I could use a small high start on it. |
