longer power cable for pixhawk

Does anyone know of where I can get a longer power cable for the pixhawk 1? I need one about 25 cm in length to get from the battery area to where the pixhawk is.

On another note does the power module have to go between the battery and power for the drone or can it just be hooked up to the power of the drone.

thanks ahead for your help

If you want to monitor Voltage and Current, Power Module need to be the first in line between Battery and power distribution board. You can use cable extender if needed.

You don't need a cable extender. What you need to do is replace the battery input and out put wires so the power harness will reach the FC.

If you cannot but extend, extend the motorwires instead of batterywires and keep controller(s) close to battery(s). No need for extra input capacitors

  • Two problems

    • Nonsense Ron, I never had problems with long battery wires.
  • Example: four costly controllers consecutively cremated

not battery to esc

I am not talking about the battery to the esc. It is from the battery module for the pixhawk to the pixhawk

the battery unit for the pixhawk is on the back of the copter and the wires have to connect to the front of the pixhawk. it is a larger frame so that distance is longer than usual
