They are people who have been hospitalised (you know, actually been in hospital and being treated), and people who have died (you know/deceased/dead/gone to join the choir invisible/ex-people), and have been examined by medical professionals.

And I suspect they have more knowledge of what has been happening in their hospitals (and morgues) than your 'epochtimes' has of other countries - or do you think only your selected sources do things 'properly'? Or is this just more 'THEY are out to get us!'?

Graphs are dependent on data supplied! I've always thought the data is misleading since they do not publish how many tests were administered!
If US had 78k new positive cases yesterday how many tests were given!? They should say how many new infections and how many tests administered! If UK only had 2200 new cases today how many tests given? New cases are not new hospitalizations- small % end up in hospitals AFAIK.

Well, the data shows the number of detected covid cases.

Those who may have had a negative test don't represent a (current) problem to our healthcare services.

Plus numbers of people (in critical positions) get multiple ongoing checks, so that makes your concern less relevant.
