Anybody using a 3s Lipo in their Eco 8? Which one?

I'm going with a 3s pack and I wanted an opinion...

I cant choose between a

Kokam 3200 20c (64 amps)

Poly-tech 3600 12c (43 amps)

Poly-tech 2500 20c (50 amps)

If it matters, Im using a Mega 22/30/3h 1850 kv. Not flying hard or doing 3d. I just want light wieght and good flight time.

I have a 3s2p 4190 Apogee pack in my Eco8, the motor is Jeti 30-3. It works pretty well, I used to use 10 cell 2400 nicads and this pack is much lighter so it seems to have more power. I did have to grind off the battery holders and make a new mount due to the width of the pack and I also had to put it all the way forward to balance.

A man with too many toys
The best is the new TP-4000 3s2p Pro Lite battery. It provides more power and flight time. It also has balancing taps for the new TP205 balancer this makes LiPo use much safer and it will last longer if you keep it in balance.

No matter which battery you choose you really need to use a balancer the TP205 will work with any battery pack (TP sells taps you can add if you battery does not already have them).

Putting together a 3S4P pack using the 10C TrueRC 1000mah cells for my ECO this week. I'll post results soon....I dont expect any dissapointments.
I'm two cells short though.
I'll put my order in today.....thanks for the reminder.

@Art Newland:
3100mAh and "only" 12C..
it says: 45A bursts..

imo thats not enough for an eco8... ok: enough for flying softly around, but if you once will go over 1500rpm you would see peaks over 50A...

for long flying-time the Prolites 3s2p would be propably the best..
light and lot of capacity...
and good for peaks up to 70A or even more

for maximum Power the Kokam3200 3s1p would be best..
but flyingtime would be a lot less compared to prolites..

My ECO-8 uses a TP 3S4P which gives 8000 Mah. It flies for 27 minutes.
