Looks nice. Good procedure outline, as well.

But you should really clean your iron with a WET sponge.

And you probably should mention that most modern soldering irons use coated tips. You must never file these. It destroys them.

Also that some soldering guns (as opposed to standard irons) are not good for electronics (like ESCs).
