Any idea what this is?

It's just over 70 inches long and hull (with no rig) weighs about 25 lbs. Would that be considered normal for an old 10R?

this is an unknown boat, previous owner said it was a S/B and the sails carry the S/B logo. an all balsawood hull sealed inside, bolt on ballast,... in reading S/B rules hulls are F/G I don't know what it is any info would help

I'm not an expert on identifying boats, but I have two S/Bs. It looks very much like an S/B. What's the hull made from and What's the length?
