Noobie questions
Hello All, I am working through my first multirotor building after some years of fixed wing stuff, and I have a few noob questions...
I found this wiring diagram for the Betaflight F4 I am using. I am doing the apparently old fashioned method with a seperate PDB and FC. What I found strange was the fact that the Battery + lead goes straight to the FC, rather than through the PDB. So just to clarify, the FC "batt" connection can indeed handle a 3S or 4S raw voltage? And the PDB is actually supplied by the FC, from the VCC connection? This just seemed a little counterintuitive to me... Also, I have a DSMX AR9030T left over from a fixed wing project. I assumed it could do Serial/SBUS, but it appears I am wrong...just to confirm, this receiver will not work with a multirotor setup, correct? If so, can anyone recommend a good DSXM receiver which does serial/sbus? |
