CH 3530 D2 Knife Edge Retention Test

CH 3530 Edge Retention Test (9 min 32 sec)

A) The 3530 is a fantastic fidget knife ( 10/10 )
B) Build quality is excellent ( 10/10 )
C) Lock up / Action / etc ( 10/10 )
D) The blade - At this price point I give credit to CH for fitting a decent blade on this knife ( Real D2 maybe - so people say )

It cut and cut and surprised me .. I would rate the blade 450-470 ish .. I set the bevel on the edge to 22deg ( 44 total ) and that's a little tighter than factory .
Factory bevel might be 25deg's or something .
So a knife I can be happy to own . Unlike some knives that only have D2 printed on a junk blade !
To date this is the 2nd best performer .. No1 was a Marttiini No7 and that was a 480 .

Now things are interesting !
I have another D2 Nemesis that will be tested shortly . ( The CH was not a nemesis knife ) The other was the Y-Start ... ( Spit - - - ping ! )
