Excellent! We are up to 20 pilots now.

The 2020 Top 10 award plaques were delivered today--they look great. Will be bringing them down with me. I'm planning to arrive on Thurs. Looking forward to flying and especially having some of that legendary gourmet Mexican catered food. Can't wait.

Well already registered so getting close. Driving from Dallas area and not stopping in New Mexico so hopefully will still be covid free by the time I get there. Pretty new to F5j and looking for someone to team up with for a timer and advice. Will bring shade and extra chairs if anyone wants to share. Probably will stay at the Holiday Inn and plan on arriving Thursday and flying on Friday if anyone needs a ride from the airport give me a call.

What time will the field be open for flying Friday? Will there be someone there early to show where to set up and fly or can we just follow the map around the farm and set up where it is noted?

We will have EVEF people there by 8:45AM on Friday, so plan to arrive around that time. I will bring everything needed for pilot sign-in so we can get most of that out of the way.

NOTE: We will be posting a new parking map by EOD Wednesday given the contest will be held on southwest quadrant of the grass this year. This is the quadrant at the entrance that we've never flown on before. We will need to take care to stay out of the way of the sod farm employees on Friday given we are closer to their buildings and equipment.
