Fujitsu DPS-800NB A
hello community
first please bare with my english, I'm native italian. I have 3 server power supplies type Fujitsu DPS-800NB A REV S6F I want to get them to work for my lipo loaders and possibly habe one standalone for 12V and 2 combined for 24V since 2 months I am looking the web up and down to find a pinout without success I am more beginner intermediate when it comes to electronics and read often the advice to cgeck it with an oszi, sorry but that is far behind my skills can possibly anybody here help me how to get them running? attached find the lable and top and bottom views of the pinpad thy a lot, rgds and ... stay healthy folks da skyfreak |

meanwhile I contacted Fujitsu and asked for documentation and pinout
and guess what ... the do not have anything on these power supplies :-( so I am still hopeing anbody here can help me rgds da skyfreak |

I wonder if it's a rebadged HP DPS 800NB?
There's a post on https://www.elektroda.com/rtvforum/topic2696228.html A poster says: I managed to run the power supply, and we should shorten pins 31 from 34, and 26 to ground. |

exactly thats the problem, for the GB there is loaaaads of info on the web but not for the NB
thx anyway maybe s.b. else will jump in |

thx but again thats all GB versions not NB and the pads look completely different than the ones on NB

Have you tried shorting them all to ground one by one? That's what I've done with my couple repurposed PSUs. Just stick one wire onto the negative pad, and then touch each pin to see if it turns on.

indeed I tried but just shortening the big GND pad to all the small ones one by one didnt make it work

Before wiring, test whether there is 12V on the + 12VSB pin.
+ 12V connect with 12VS Connect GND with RETURN_S Connect GND to PSKILL via a 1K resistor Connect GND to PSOFF via a 1K resistor If the NT starts, you can do it without the resistors connect the pins to GND via a wire and wehen using the NT, first power it up and then connect the loader or whatever |

DPS-450SBA had the same pin assignment.
