So while checking out the ads this evening I noticed quite a few sell/buy posts by a newbie Smooter...joined on 09-29-20. He had one positive rating, from another newbie Scoro...joined on 9-30-20

So I checked out the ad for the SE-5

and lo and behold the picture he's posted is also this picture

I sent a pm requesting additional pics and one of them exactly matched this one

I'm sure if I searched long enough the other pictures are someone else's too
Interesting enough Scoro has also posted an ad for a SE-5, exactly like Smooter's!

I requested pictures from Scoro and he sent the identical ones that Smooter sent!

I then checked out Smooter's ad for the Freewing F-18 and lo and behold the picture in the ad is identical to this one, minus the text

I asked Smooter for additional pictures and he was only to happy to oblige....unfortunately for him I found the identical ones here

Scoro indicated that the SE-5 was being shipped from NJ
Smooter indicated the SE-5 and F-18 were being shipped from Conroe TX
Ebay seller of the complete helicopter is gifts-toys-collectibles and ad indicates that the item is being shipped from San Jose CA

Smooter payment method: I accept Venmo or cash app
Scoro payment method: Venmo or cash app works for me

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM....I will be reporting these two individuals WHO ARE ACTUALLY THE SAME PERSON to the moderators immediately but be warned based on everything I've found and received from both individuals THE SELLER/BUYER IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Very old poor tricks of scammers:
1. Establish bogus fake trader rating
2. Make the ad look like LPU, so people ask for it to be shipped. That way they don't get called out for not stating Paypal in the ad. That goes along with the next one #3
3. "mail me wardsteve427@gmail.com if you ready to take it home" Keep communication off site, so other people don't see it.
