Its always sad hearing about this although it is a fact that most people take up this hobby in retirement. I have been flying on and off for about 45 yrs and I look at my collection and wonder now at 55 yrs old...what it would be like for my wife to have to handle disposing of my planes and parts, tools etc? I recently have been selling alot of stuff to minimize the burden. I have found the most joy in just giving stuff away to kids that I know might try this great hobby. Sorry to hijack this thread....
