Help using Spektrum WS1000/2000 dongles with RealFlight 9 in Windows 10 on a Mac
Hi all - as the title suggests, I'm running RealFlight 9 in Windows 10 on an iMac. Here are some of the specs:
For the most part - everything runs very well, and I can use my older Interlink Elite Controller perfectly. Problem: cannot get either Spektrum WS1000 or WS2000 dongles to show up in Windows. The Spektrum dongles work fine on my Mac running sims like Aerofly RC8, allowing me to use my DX9 to fly but no joy on RealFlight 9 in the setup above. Is anyone successfully using the WS1000 or the WS2000 in a similar system with any luck who could help me solve this problem? I've left a similar message on the VMWare community but no answer after several days. Thanks! |

Disregard - long story - but I replaced VMWare Fusion 12 (got a refund - thanks VMWare) with Parallels Desktop 16 and Spektrum dongles work great in Windows 10 on my Mac inside macOS Catalina .
My WS1000 is for sale here - Happy simulating! |
