Monokote Glue,How to remove glue from top covering?

Hi, I`m using MonoKote covering, I got some of the covering glue on top of my nicely covered Monokote.
What can I use to remove the small spots of glue from the covering with out hurting the monokote??

Acetone or nail polish remover. It won't harm the finish of the Monokote but just don't get it on anything else.

Another alternative is Isopropanol (Isopropyl alchohol), which is also a useful solvent for cleaning away sticky messes like that. It's not so instant as acetone but it has the advantage that it won't fog or damage most plastic parts. Handy for all sorts of modelling jobs.

Ironex, which is the solvent for Balsarite, will remove covering adhesive residue. If you should get CyA on the covering it can be removed with a Q-tip dipped in acetone.
