Massive Bounceback issue

Hey,

Im re tuning my quad after updating to betaflight 4.0 and I'm having issues with massive bounceback after a roll or flip and punch out. Like if i punch out then cut throttle and move my roll/pitch its fine but right when I apply throttle again it seems to want to correct itself which results in it flipping at the worst. Do people just always input a little throttle all the way through the roll/flip. I have airmode or antigravity (not sure if its the same thing). Thought it gives you better control. Anyways any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
