T little airship looks good.

Sunday spent the day at the State Fair of Texas and it proved a nice day. Winds less than 10 knots. Went up to about 13 knots only for a few minutes in the afternoon other than that winds were relatively quite. This was the third and last day we were scheduled to fly this year. Being on a tether the first flight was over 3 hours long and the second flight was a little over two hours to complete the day per schedule. Anyway a nice day as I spent the whole time under a tree watching the people go by. A couple of shots attached. ed

Hello Guga

Hello Guga,

Well since you named me on the thread that has been closed due to a cat fight between Mr. Phillipe and Mr. Bugra, I feel obliged to address your comment.

It seems, by the way you posted, that you are implying that the Goodyear incidents in the pictures happened in Brazil?

Just to be clear, they did not. Unless that the Californian Fire Department has a branch in Brazil.

Also, I am not sure to whom the other toys depcited in the pictures belong to?

Nonetheless, incidents and accidents do happen and anyone that has been involved in aviation or wild animal training will know this for a fact.

My only point in the previous post is that one of the biggest UAV airships that is operational is owned by Space.

Oh! no... The GoodYear Sufered an accident in The Brasilian Airforce Base in Santos... photos are "Censored"

The Air Force "covered" the fact!!! Let it Be...
By the way... the "Other toys" happened in Rio ...I do not know who was the operator... since you are an Observer... maybe you can tell us...
Like I said... Let it Be...

Hello Guga,

There is nothing classified about the incident in Santos. You should know, because it was caused by an RC operator.

Yes indeed, the airship got struck by a RC plane.

There is no secrets there my friend.

I know exactly what happened...
Any Way...

This thread is not for us to deal with this subject of "incidents" of real Airships that SHOULD be watched and on gard for 24 hours and some are not...

The whole Idea of bringing it up in the War that was starting among two of our colleagues ...was to try to change their subject... (guess Iwas not successfull)

If you guy´s want to discuss this subject,
I recomend to open a new Thread which could be named as Incidents with Airships (not to say accidents)

So please let´s narrow our subjects on this thread on Professional Events so we (and others) can mesure the marketing demand growth which is the real goal of this thread...

Thank you much for your comprehension...
best regards,
Marcus

Marcus,

There is a difference between accident and incident. I know you know this. It is in the first chapter of any Aviation Authority Regulation. If I use the proper language, do not blame me.

Again, what you are implying between the lines is foolish. Perhaps the guys in the picture, Zeppelin NT, are not conducting watch properly. For a man that has no experience whatsoever with manned airships, you seem to brag too much.

OOps I forgot the link

http://picasaweb.google.com/airshipw...68537295771506

I respect what you have done as far as indoors advertising with airships and I wish you well. But implying foolish things about your countrymen capacity is just sad. Luckily enough, a company that operated for the "Father of Manned Airship Operations" for 9 years in repetitive business will not be tarnish by your in between the line comment.

Are you holding a grudge?

Regards,

I ask you gentlemen to open a new thread...
Sorry but I had to report you...

Please leave this thread for the proper subject...

You just enter the Forum already creating confusion...
That is not a very nice start... Please demonstrate respect for the others... you are in a US Airmodelers forum...
so open a new thread for this discussion...

please edit your posts erasing all non pertaining comments!

Now lets try and see if you guys can realy contribute with the forum society
instead of creating non pertaining arguments...

Again open a new thread for this discussion and I will give you all my LTA, IFR, Commercial etc etc credentials from FAA, DAC and FAI...
