I been meaning to get one of your motors for close to a year. I just purchased this one and it will be going on the Pitts which is darn near finished. Now tell me what kind of reaction you expect I might have. e.g. What is different about this one and the other millions of 17T motors you've put out?

Millions ? Hundreds perhaps but not even thousands. I have two of his 25T s the standard 20 MM and the special from MAE only 22.7 and they are real jewels. The standard has over 110 hours of running time on it.

This ia the larger diameter GB stator. The standard 17 I've sold since the beginning is the 20mm. I haven't done a lot with the 22.7 other than the MAE motor, but needed to get more options and some new exposure for my site. I had hoped the S1B kit would spur some new interest, but it hasn't yet.

P.S. Over a thousand, but nowhere near a million.........

Just order anotherd LensRC ,two in one day. Thanks for the heads up on the limited special Len. My SpeedWing 250 and Ace GLH will soon be powered by what I fell is one of the very best power plants available.They are truely little jewels.

I put forward that the zip tie groove should be a standard feature. I've had to grind the groove for two of my motors that went for zip tie mounting.

It is for any of the 22.7 motors.

I intend to add it to the 20mm bearing tube also, in the next parts order. It will be a while, though, as I have a couple hundred without it in stock.

Len, the bipe looks great, is perfectly balanced and ready to go and sitting on a shelf. I am waiting for my broken car to be repaired. It is hard to wait. It is supposed to be returned tomorrow and I am hoping that the wind is down so I can taker her out. I hate having to wait to fly something that I thiink will be such a joy. If I can't maiden it tommorow, then Monday is the next opportunity for me.

BTW Len, I did put the origional 17 turn on the bipe. It is one of the first ones I bought from you. I have powered it up a couple of times, checked and re-checked the settings on everything and I have thought about going out in the street in front of the house...then reality set in and I put it back down.
