Bob Smith Epoxy glue. Do I need always close cap?

I might relate to scratch build some how.

Bob Smith Epoxy glue. Do you keep cap close always after use? (Those two in circle. ) I found it sticky every time to remove it before use. I think I will not close it only close the small head cap. It will dry epoxy if I not close these cap? (Those in circle)

Just close the head cap as per your picture and wipe away excess resin when needed.

Those caps are in place as extra insurance the epoxy doesn't leak during shipping. They can be discarded after your first use.
