1) did you watch my video? The 6V test shows a speed of about 0.085s, why do you write that at 7.4V/0.07s it is slower? 2) my test was performed at real 60 ° (goniometer) , yours is unknown. 3) if you already have a product that measures speed, why did you make me take the test? You could have done it yourself, And add your result in this thread 4) in your video, i see a value that oscillates (speed) between 90 and 132, I don't know how reliable such a range of values is. 5) Why did you compare the kst215mg with another servo gdw ds290mg and then you wrote that the kst is faster? What does this have to do with the thread dedicated to the speed kst215mg? I'm sorry, I just want to understand. |

Those servo testers are pretty cool. Mine is just a pot in a box with a simple PWM circuit to verify the servo works.
It's not uncommon for manufacturers to stretch specs a bit, so I'm not really surprised if results don't match claimed specs. I don't think it matters all that much unless you are doing some heavy 3D. One of my birds runs HS-65MG's No-Load Speed (4.8V) 0.14sec/60° No-Load Speed (6.0V) 0.11sec/60° I can't tell, it feels faster than me. |

What I'm trying to say is it's a fast servo, my tarot programming box says the speeds as the specs per KST website.
Also using my GT Servo tester Box at 5.34V check the pic |

On G. T. Power it is not possible to set the limits to obtain real 60 °. The gt power is very inconsistent between one measurement and another. A friend of mine has it and every measurement is very different. Can you please repeat your tests with a goniometer and really measure 60 °? and publish videos, not photographs? Without this, all tests are unreliable, because each servo has different limits. Every time I have to set the right specific values max and min for that servo to get 60 °. |
