Anyone have input on this jet drive unit. Was thinking of putting it in a Dumas SK-Daddle which is a
36" length hull. Would like to make it look like some of the jet ski boats from the 80's with a V-8 motor
to cover the motor & pump.

1-1/8" = 28mm-29mm

Don't know much about them, but the design looks OK from the outside. I'd need to know more to make a judgement though.

SK-Daddle may do OK if the transom is tall enough for it.

Well I took the chance and ordered the jet drive to see what it looks like and will get the SK-Daddle kit off the shop shelf and see if this is going to be a suitable hull for the jet pump, as I remember from the last one I built the transom is nearly flat on the bottom, so hopefully modifications to the hull will be nominal.

Ordered the MSQ 36mm water jet from Ali Express for the Dumas SK-Daddle 40 , will be powering it with a SSS 3674 1650kv motoron 4 cells, also ordered the 36 mm 4-bladed impeller for it. Should arrive in about the next couple of weeks, need to et busy on the boat build and modification for the jet pump.
