Calamity Jane ( Micro F16 )

Calamity Jane Micro F16 (3 min 44 sec)

I did some work on correcting the motor thrust angles as well I put 3 pieces of lead shot in the nose .

It flies !
CG is still to far back and the F16 hunts both up and down in flight ( CG is too far back ) .
Also I cooked the 8520 . Even though I was at like 50% throttle , the motor cooked .
The prop hub melted the motor got so hot .

Came home , re glued the motor and found a new prop .
I will put a little more lead in the nose , see if I can't correct the F16 hunting so much .
Also I will need to do some cooling for the motor , or it will simply cook again .
I may even have to order another 8520 ( I have one on order At The Moment - ATM )
I have plans for that 8520 ordered .

Hmmm , Should I do a brush less Flybear FX723 ? Something to think about once this one is sorted .

If it flies, I can crash it.

Hopefully ! Once the CG is corrected and the motor does not cook .

I did quite a bit work on the cooling . Should be a lot more air passing over the motor now .
