I have this hp PS-3381-1C1 hot-Plug Server PSU that has up to 32 Amp of the +12VDC output. I need to know the output pin details.
Would anyone know how I can modify this PSU? Please HELP!

It's hp PS-3381-1C1 ... Part No. 194989-002 ... Spare No. 313299-001

Have you tried measuring with a meter?

My guess is that the PS has a controlled output. You might need to identify the on/off control pin(s).

This one could be tricky. That PS is from a ProLiant DL380 server. The power supply is able to communicate its load % to the motherboard. If I get a chance, I will plug one in and see what comes out. I am pretty sure they are logic controlled

Thanks for both of you.
So far I've searched and not found any information at all for this PS on the Web. Seem like no one ever discuss about it. And I don't have a motherboard that I could plug it in and be able to check the output.
Until now I've known the +12V and +5V outputs as I could identify from the very thick tracks on the board. I think the only one more thing I need is the PWR-ON pin(s) or the on/off control pin(s).
If someone would know or have any info about this unit, please!

more photos

I got some internal photos here.

I've seen the marks on the board that the socket connector is 44 pin type.
(22 marks on each sides)
Center is +12V, Left and Right are 0V

Thick Pad a bit to the right is +5V, again, Left and Right are 0V

Well! now I need to find out the on/off control pin(s).
Hopefully someone would come up with it.
