Indoor Flying at SWAC - Some Photos

For those of you who could not be in Dallas this past Friday and Saturday (May 18 and 19, 2001), you really missed a fantastic two days of indoor RC flying. The number and variety of models present was staggering. I really want to thank the AMA District VIII VP Dr. Sandy Frank for organizing this event. While thanking people, I should also send a huge thanks to Bob Wilder, Ed Couch, and the other NIRAC members who organized and ran the indoor events. Without these folks, it would not have been nearly as enjoyable.

I was busy participating in the flying, but I did manage to get a few photos of the activity to give you a very under represented sample of the activity. You will find them at Truly a great event.
