Take into account that this model have an slightly longer nose (and maybe rear fuselage section) than what is shown in blueprints, to cover the big 6 cylinder Continental engine. IŽll try to recover old pics from me.

The first one is the original blueprints model, but NOT the one I would like you to design. Note the differences in engine cowling with the second one.

See how we go with the retracts, that nose retract might be a bit of a tight fit given the shape of the mounting plate. Might need to widen the cowling in that area around the landing light. But we'll jump off that bridge when we get to it

I donŽt mind if the airplane have to be a bit larger. Anyway weŽll discuss that at time.

Nice pic! See how we go. I'll try and working something in..

Ill need a list of the desired gear
-motor
-battery
-servos
-retract size

Also the specs and sizes of each item. In particular the motor mount plate hole spacing and retract mount plate size..

Well, I think it all depends on the estimated total weight, so I can choose a motor and then the other components.

I will try to calculate some figures. Maybe a good idea is to stick to an initial 1:7 scale, 1540 mm wingspan.

The 1500 range is a nice wingspan as can use inexpensive pla but still achieve nice flying plane. Look forward to it.

Really looking forward to this one. Yell if/when you need beta testers. I'm thinking of trying to print this in ABS. I've been printing more with ABS lately, but haven't tried printing a plane with it yet. First time for everything
