Thanks Jeff

Do you think that combo would work in a LT-25 on ten cells.I am flying mine on a Mag Meyhem but it is a little slow to climb decent.
I figure if it will make a 3ED fly that good, a LT 25 would not be too bad.

I assume you are talking about the Endoplasma with the 4.6:1 ratio on 10 cells.

Should be nice....just can't run full throttle full flight. The com and brushes won't last long with extended WOT.

What prop and gear ratio are you currently using?

What's your current all up weight?

Jeff:

I am running a Master Airscrew 12/8 E-prop
3/1 GB ratio.

17 amps at WOT(not enough I know)
5.5 pounds

I assume you are not on 10 cells right now. That would put your system in the high 20's WOT.

According to the calcs...you will get about a 35 degree climbout with a 10 cell endo / 4.6:1 box.

Or you could gear it higher with an MEC box and swing a larger prop at the expense of pitch speed.

Also...try the APC E series props...less current than the MA Electrics.
