Dealing with PP and Canada/International

So I did a deal with a Canadian but shipped to a US location in WA and PP hit me with International fee 4.4% + .30
I am fine with my deal (thanks) but wanted to warn others - your fee is based on Buyer Country , not ship address.

But we are worth it. Paypal used to allow us to have 'US' accounts but the feds spoiled it.

I know, I rented a vacation rental in ARIZONA, and the site that offered the rental was based in Canada, well guess what, I got it with a $29.00 international transaction fee. I used to buy from Hobbyking in China years ago and was nothing for me to drop $500.00 to $1000.00 with them every 6 months or so, well not anymore.

Even worse, I sent some money to a Canadian account. It translated the amount and then charged me $0.99 for F&F transaction!! I love Canada (Toronto) but I think I am done using PP for it.
