A few more builds completed or in progress

Since 2014 I have enjoyed figuring out how to build and fly some odd and Nugly planes. I always have a few in progress on the bench. Anyway, for me, there is no better way to relax than focus on a model.

The models are always semi scale in that I only add significant scale details to make the model feel more scale than they are.

Lately I have been picking scales to end up around a maximum of 72” wing span so I don’t have to disassemble then.

Generally all outdoor or flying photos but my friend Southfacing.

Modelo interesante

Es difícil imaginar cuánto tiempo y dinero necesitas dinero? Se necesitó un invento similar. La envergadura máxima de 72 pulgadas es impresionante.

Thanks LC,

The easier models like the Chief Oshkosh take 150 hours and about $400 (Canadian $) including electrics.
More difficult biplane models take between 240 hours and 320 hours and cost about $750
The Barling Bomber Triplane will end up at around 350hours build time and will cost about $1,000 because of the 4 motors.

Agree that at about 6ft wing span they have more of a presence in the air.

Happy building,
Jon

Hope this translation from Goggle translate makes sense.....:
Gracias LC

 Edificio feliz,
 Jon
