Please remove this posting if not allowed but here's a bad experience with General Hobby online. Short story, don't buy from them as a return and refund is nearly impossible with them. Their customer service when there is a problem is non-existent.

I've ordered from GH 3 or 4 times over the years with no issues; I did not have to return any of the planes.

With that, there are dozens if not hundreds of negative reviews regarding GH in the Vendor section, so there's something to complaints.
