OS FS series .61 vs OS Surpass .70

Decisions, decisions,,,,

I am currently trying to pick between using my OS FS series .61 and my OS Surpass .71 for a float plane that I am building.

While both are physically very similar in size, can someone tell me the power of each, and what size prop to use?

0.9 and 1.1 hp. 12-8 or 13-6 prop. And use the 70 for float flying
