Help!

eflite park flyer 480 motor.

I'd like to use this motor since I have it and looks to be perfect power combination for my needs. Problem is i need to find if it can be reversed. The motor will stick out too much out being an outrunner. I wounder if it is possible to reverse the shaft like many other motors do. Meaning i want to motor to be mounted behind the firewall not in front if I didn't explain correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

it can be reversed.
It has a tapered shaft, and you may replace it with one of constant diameter if you wish, when doing the reversal.
OTOH, the radian motor is the reversed version.

Thanks for your reply. If i want to use the exiting shaft, would that work? I see two collars on each end. Is there anything press fit in there? Have never taking one out yet. Much appreciated.

the bell is tight fitted to the shaft , and there are also set screws.
I use a wise , a set of socket wrenches as spacer tubes , and a smaller diameter shaft to gently push the shaft out of the bell.
