Need Jet Boat 3D printed

Our club is doing a project and I need a source for printing this 3D printed jet boat. Here is the file. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3328520/files. I need the cost and shipping of the boats to Indianapolis, IN 46236. Quantity of boats will be determined by the economic cost. If the price is right, more people will buy it. Please submit your quote to me via private message. If you know of someone who might want to help with this project, please forward this message to them. I would like to have quotes before the 2nd Thursday in February, our next club meeting.

You didn’t explain your goal. If your looking for prices on 3D prints for your project you might start by getting prices from someone like 3Dhubs: https://www.thingiverse.com/3DHubs/about

If your looking to build individual jet boats look at what these company's offer but are not 3D printed: https://www.rcgenesis.net/jet-boat/t...h-jet-thruster

https://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pr...cat=Jet+Drives

If you find someone to print the boats I would have Shapeways print the impellers in Versatile Plastic because they hold up: https://www.shapeways.com/materials/versatile-plastic

Here’s a forum thread on the boat you are looking at: https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...d-printed-boat

Hey mate,

I have printed and ran the remix of this boat,

Even the original (this one) has some flaws with the impeller and stator, the stator does look like it has been modified but I would still check it isn't going to be a restriction,

I have modified some of the fjd drive components to fit this boat, which has massively improved the efficiency of the drive and it is a lot less hard on electriconics, also the hatch needs work to be made less annoying to use properly as it isn't setup for thumb screws it uses little Allen head screws,

The rear section of the hull with the jet drive takes around 60 hours alone to print

From memory it's about a 1kg roll for the whole thing, basically took a week to print with one printer and being reasonably efficient with timing prints to fit around life,

Here is the results of mine last weekend, keep in mind this wasn't a full throttle run either, I will be taking more photos and videos this weekend sometime,
3d printed jet boat, More testing, using Sdg modified impeller and stator (2 min 28 sec)
