Prop Saver 0 Ring Sizes, Prop Saver idea link

pick these up at your local HD in the plumbing dept, 24cents each.

#13, 7/8 x 11/16 x 3/32-stk no 35730B for IPS motor assy.
#14, 15/16 x 3/4 x 3/32-stk no 35731B EPS 300-350 Brushed
#15, 1 x 3/4 x 1/8 -stk no 35732B EPS/geared with Brushless 370-400

#15 is less apt to pop off your prop saver in High thrust applications, but it is a PITB to stretch over the prop savers wing nut ears.

Hope this helps,
Doug

I've started using slices out of 3/8" surgical tubing. I picked it up at Sears Hardware. Using 2 slices ~1/4" wide, I'm running ~18oz of thrust (100 watts) on one of my 3D planes. I use ~3/16" wide for the smaller 10oz thrust motors (70 watts)... cheap, about $3 for 10' or so!

I just happen to have 600 feet of surgical tubing now just for prop savers
Gene you got a great price on that! What do yall think is a good price per foot?
Of course I went to 'Lowes' hardware today and paid $1.40 per foot then found the box of 600 feet on my doorstep when I got back lol.
