Just ordered my kit. I plan to upgrade the motors to J250's as I've got a ton of them and lots of experience.

Anybody have the two unused cowlings and mounts for the larger motor that they would like to sell? I'm doing a build with J250's and the J250 will not fit in the smaller cowling/mount. My kit came with two of the larger cowlings/mounts but I need two more to do a 4 motor build. Caliber Hobbies is out of stock. Did anyone build their C130 with the four smaller motors and would like to part with the two unused larger cowling/mounts. I'm happy to pay for the parts and shipping, just PM me. Thanks.

Well, I actually only had three of the four parts you needed. I would have had to charge you three easy payments of $24.99 if I had everything.

Well I'm calling this done. Four J250's spinning GWS 3020 props off a 2S 2200 pack. On the wattmeter it pulls 200 watts at wide open throttle. I added a cargo door on a servo speed reducer and its got fully functioning flaps. It ground steers great on my driveway. The weather is iffy, don't know it I'll get to fly it this weekend.

Looks great. Did you find another cowl, or are you just that good at duplicating?

Caliber Hobbies had the larger cowl but not the larger mounting pylon. So I bought a larger pylon...the part was like a buck but the shipping was $10. Insane but it allowed me to finish the build.

This 130 is really quick with the 4 Hyperion 3500 KV & 10 to 1 gearboxes & countra rotating props. Does 0 to 60 scaled . In 1 second. Out of sight verticals.

I Just took theses pictures. Forgot how light these guys really are!! Need to buy some new Lipos for them. Both the 47 & 130 can be hand tossed as a hand glider.
