First of all, astro makes brushless motors with 1/8" and 5mm shafts, so you can buy astro brushless with astro gearbox.
You can also buy both superbox and regular gearboxes with 5mm pinions. Mega motor/astro gearbox is a robust combo.

Note that on that page you can buy just the 5mm pinion gear, so if you have some astro gearboxes with helical gears you can buy just the pinion for 5mm shafts.
Astro makes great products but does not advertise all of them. Even their webpage (www.astroflight.com) does not show all details about their stuff.
