Thanks. Thats around 15-16gramms per dm2. Try to get below 10g per dm2.
Maybe a bigger wingspan and longer chord will help. There is a guy on rcgroups which builds light weight 1500mm Slowly's which are pretty slow for outdoor use. Maybe you will find his postings. I coped around with slowflyers a bit. Most importent thing is a low wing loading. Second is a undercambered wing and the right angle of attack. |

Your frame looks pretty light weight but stiff, which is a good thing. I guess you will need a lighter batt, bigger wing and the right angle of attac. Try to save weight where ever you can! Maybe a lighter motor, servo, esc too.
