When do you think the files to be available?

The weather does not allow me to conduct full-fledged tests, but if you are ready to participate in the testing, I can send you a set of stl files and recommendations for printing

I would like that, Victor. Thanks.
I would do a PLA wing.

Same kind of weather here. We got some 30cm of snow last Saturday night. Time to build!!

Sending you PM with my contact info.

OK Victor,
I just contributed to your war efforts and likely your first client.

More 1:15 warbirds, please.

2 Blades

Hi Victor,
Started to collect the information and to look at the files.
I see a 3 blade spinner. Would it be possible to add a spinner for the more common 2 bladed props?
And if you are short on time, could you otherwise share the CAD file so I can make one?
Thanks!

Yes! Thanks for the new spinner and S3D files!

BTW,
What's the meaning for "matreshka" ?
Seems related to nested Russian Dolls - matryoshka

Part #7 look like a servo tray, is that so?
May I suggest adding a name after each number to pinpoint the purpose or the part?

Printing part #8 now.

Thanks

the fuselage and wings are not assembled joint by joint but go into each other by 5mm and abut for alignment. This is similar to how parts of the nesting matreshka are assembled
The glue strip is large and polymer glue can be used. I'm allergic to cyanoacrylate

In the diagram, numbers correspond to file names. These files will be renamed accordingly.

7- platform for elevator servo, I have it installed close to the battery box (see photo)
You can glue or 4 screws.

I developed a propeller with separate blades. You can do 2x 3x 4x. You can quickly replace a broken blade. Print PETG. If you are interested, files can be obtained for free.

I'm very interested in your propeller design, is it available on Thingiverse or elsewhere yet?

I added archive files for LA5FN, for my favorite customers for free.
https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-mo...y/other/la5-fn
and here

And also the archive separately here.

For assembly, you must use 3 screws 1.5x8mm, then put the assembly on the motor shaft and tighten the spiner (using it as a nut)

Very cool!
Yes, and I see that the spinner is used as the nut.
Should work for a CW or a CCW prop shaft.

And I realize now that you are using a Quadcopter motor - type 2205. (Diagram attached)
This motor is a lot shorter than the one I was planning to use... a BR2208.
Some 15mm shorter.

Your new spinner is not working very well with a collet type prop adapter - hard to tighten.

The Quad motor 2205 is shorter, lighter and will work well with this new spinner, but it is also more expensive.

part 3 you can print using the Z scale in the slicer to the length you need
I am also ready to make a new part for you 4. Do not forget about the engine tilt. when using cw cww, the slope should be in different directions. item 4 is made for cww. in the slicer you can use the mirror for cw.
