Flew the EDF again yesterday, man does this fly nice and what an amazing sound .. cant wait to try it from water .. shouldnt be too long before we have water in the old lake

Just found this thread.

I'm thinking about a seaplane model with two EDFs.

Of course I will try to install the EDFs in a position where the water cannot enter in the fans...

Anyway I think that it's impossible to avoid some water spray in take-off and landing.

What do you think about the EDF damage (or motor damage...) with water spray?
